Międzynarodowe Liceum Ogólnokształconce w Zabrzu – International Secondary School in Zabrze is non-public school entered into the register of the educational institutions under the number I-106.9.2020. The eligibility of public school and the positive recommendation of the Department of Education ensure that the core Polish national curriculum is implemented according to up to date Ministry of National Education (MEN) regulations. British core curriculum ( elements varying depending on the education Key stage) is carried out simultaneously in weekly classes schedule. Implementation of linguistic duality allows students to achieve the autonomy of their competencies in Polish and in English. The UK’s curriculum is run by Polish teachers and by native speakers. The realization of the British curriculum is based on cooperation with, the largest worldwide publishing and education company, the Pearson. Programs implementation of Pearson’s international schools around the world, best practices, methodical and substantive supervision and qualified and competent staff give you the quality guarantee of bilingual education. The British classes  are carried out everyday – 8-14 hours per week; it is an integral part of the whole educational program.

25 years of experience in the educational market of the director and founder- Firma Edukacyjna Angmen (Authorized Examination Centre of Pearson Test of English) is the foundation of the International Primary School in Zabrze. Since 2007 the cooperation with Pearson as an authorized examination centre PTE has succeeded in developing international educational standards not only in the language competencies but also in holistic approach to the widely-known education, implementing European standards of the Lifelong Learning Program. Following the above idea we started the bilingual education from the very-young learners. The result of those actions is Językowa Akademia Przedszkolaka “Magic Fairlyland”, the language kindergarten under public rights. Since 2012, it has been fulfilling core curriculum under MEN decree with self-made program ‘Everyday life English’ of which the main objective is the communication in English on every stage of daily schedule in kindergarten. Cyclic contact with peers from the United Kingdom (temporary stay in our kindergarten) allows students to strengthen their need of communication in foreign languages. A natural consequence of those actions was establishing of the International Primary School in Zabrze. It was possible thanks to the commitment and support of the mayor of the town – Mrs. Małgorzata Mańka-Szulik whose concern about the education has not only local but also international dimension.
